Course Leader.

Simon has been teaching for the last 19 years and practicing as a Performance Artist for the same time. His current research and practice revolves around contexts of belonging, fear and identity and is shown internationally. He also teaches film and is a Governor for the Northern School of Contemporary Dance.

Matt Sykes-Hooban

Senior Learning Support Officer Matt Sykes-Hooban is a scenographer and maker, who has been working all over the UK for the last 10 years. He has toured internationally as a technical stage manager and technician with dance, theatre and puppet companies. He is now based in Leeds and delving into a new world of performance and live art.

Oliver Bray.

Oliver is the Course leader for Contemporary Performance Practice (CPP), our level three top up degree. He is also Artistic Director of Until Thursday Theatre Company, making international shows, particularly well known at Manchester's Greenroom. He is also a dedicated academic, particularly concerned with innovations in teaching practice and has published papers considering the relationship of practice to pedagogy.

Kate Craddock.

Kate Craddock is a performer and performance maker with an interest in creating intimate and immersive performance experiences. She is co-artistic director of mouth to mouth|international performance collective - a globally dispersed group of performing artists and is currently working towards completion of a practice-led PhD into collaboration in contemporary performance practice.

Gillian Dyson

Senior Lecturer, 2nd Yr tutor & Admissions officer. A Visual and Performing Artist working with site, process and seeing. Gillian has shown internationally for many years. Further information can be found at www.gilliandyson.co.uk

Alexander Kelly

Senior Lecturer, performer and Co-Artistic Director of the acclaimed Third Angel, making theatre, Live Art and film.

Professor Noel Witts

Regular contributor to the programme, our wonderful professor is a longstanding international figure in Performance Studies research and the Co-Editor of the 20th Century Performance Reader, published by Routledge.

Rebekka Kill.

Regular lecturer on the course, Rebekka is well known as club DJ The Duchess and masterminds fantastic student work with major festivals, collaborating with Festival republic.
